Urgent Innovation:  Designing the Evolution of Learning Beyond 2020

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

As the physical school doors closed in the spring of 2020, educators and students shattered the long-standing agreement that education was primarily synchronous, face-to-face, in a shared physical space, and began creating beautiful, complex fractals of new ways of thinking about learning, and what it is students really need to become educated. While some are challenging the efficacy of learning in the virtual space, we will walk through one school’s process in design thinking to capture how we moved forward, what continuing to innovate might look like and will attempt to answer - can the virtual space be as effective as the face-to-face classroom?
